2018 New York Rights Fair

Livres Canada Books invites you to exhibit on the Canada Stand at the
2018 New York Rights Fair
May 30–June 1, 2018

Join us at the first New York Rights Fair covering rights sales negotiation and distribution of both adult and children’s content across all formats including print, digital, audio, film, and television, creating a true global event. The New York Rights Fair will be held at the Metropolitan Pavilion from May 30- June 1, 2018.

Half Stand / Table $650 (1 metre-wide)

The Half Stand package includes:

  • 1 exhibitor pass per sharing exhibitor
  • 1 table and 4 chairs (shared by reservation with partner exhibitor)
  • 4 display shelves (1 metre wide each)
  • signage
  • 1 shared locking bench cabinet
  • listing in the official print and online fair catalogue and Livres Canada Books website
  • consolidated shipping at exhibitor’s expense
  • stand set-up and tear-down
  • regular updates on important information as the opening date nears

Registration and Payment

Space on the Canada Stand is limited and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Publishers interested in exhibiting on the Canada Stand at the 2018 New York Rights Fair should fill out the registration form online and submit a payment in full as soon as possible.

Any extra charges incurred by exhibitors will be invoiced after the fair.

Registration is effective upon receipt of registration form. Cancellations will not be accepted after registration. Exhibitors who withdraw after registration remain liable for full payment. A refund will only be made if we can find a replacement exhibitor.

Any additional furnishings or accessories will be charged back to exhibitors. Prices available upon request.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, based on current exchange rates. Livres Canada Books reserves the right to adjust prices in case of any significant devaluation of the Canadian dollar.
